Teaching Resilience And Understanding Mindful Awareness

Antiracism Drummer:

Who was the first drummer? Their beats were heard around the world signaling the emergence of a new and powerful nonverbal language. The first drums were communication tools capable of expressing and projecting the internal emotional rhythms of our earliest human ancestors. These same internal rhythms continue to beat inside all of us. Unfortunately, much of the wisdom of these rhythms has become lost to the trappings of our modern world.

By exploring and honoring the rhythms of the first drummer, we equip ourselves to mitigate external differences that separate us today. Regulating our internal rhythms harnesses the power of compassion to address issues of social justice. Healing Centered Drummer focuses attention inward- Teaching Resilience And Understand Mindful Awareness.
